ResponsibilitiesBeing able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;Previous experience on a similar position will be considered as a strong advantage.
RequirementsProficiency in English and Italian both written and spoken;Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
