Your Responsibilities

Support Italian‑speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing their travel inquiries and assisting with bookings
Deliver tailored travel advice on packages, destinations, and accommodations that meet specific client needs
Design and customize travel itineraries that reflect individual client interests and preferences
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Log and maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow‑up
Remain knowledgeable about current travel trends and popular destinations to provide relevant recommendations

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable
Background in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred
A true passion for travel and a solid understanding of diverse travel destinations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service
Able to efficiently address and resolve customer issues with positive solutions
Experience with CRM systems and standard office software applications
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
