About The Role
Are you tech-savvy and love solving problems? Join a global tech brand in Greece as a Technical Support Specialist.
Youll help Italian customers fix software or device issues, walking them through solutions step-by-step no coding required, just logic and patience .
Your Daily Tasks

Provide technical support via phone, chat, or email.
Diagnose and resolve simple tech issues (passwords, connectivity, app errors, etc.).
Escalate complex cases to senior tech teams.
Keep accurate logs and follow up on cases.
