Mercier Consultancy MD offers an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Support Agent to join our team dedicated to a leading home appliances company. This position is based in Greece and is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and home technology.
As an Italian Speaking Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Italian‑speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support and information they need regarding our home appliances products.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian‑speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information
Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction rates
Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow‑up
Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with timely solutions and updates
Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances sector or related fields
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑focused attitude
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and prioritize workload efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems and product support tools is advantageous
A positive and proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer engagement
