Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat
Guide customers through product inquiries and services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns, striving for a seamless and prompt resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
Work collaboratively with other team members to create a cohesive customer service experience
Stay informed on product updates and industry developments to offer knowledgeable support

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus
Experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or international capacity
Strong communication skills and a dedication to maintaining high customer satisfaction
Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills
Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems
