We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail / phone calls.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate)
