Italian Speaking Customer Care Advisor (Remote in Portugal) 1.000 bonus
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone calls.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or willing to relocate)

Requirements:
Italian C2 level
English B2 level
Customer-centric or sales attitude
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
