About The Role
Join a global logistics project supporting one of the world's most recognized delivery companies. You will relocate to Greece, complete onboarding and training, and after that you will work fully remote from anywhere in Greece. This makes it a perfect opportunity for candidates seeking both international experience and work‑from‑home flexibility.
What You Will Do
Support Italian customers via phone, email & chat
Provide shipment tracking, delivery updates & troubleshooting
Maintain service‑quality standards aligned with a global brand
Escalate issues & collaborate with internal teams
Handle every interaction with accuracy, speed & professionalism
Requirements
Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
Good English (B1/B2)
Ability to work remotely after onboarding
Strong communication & customer service skills
EU passport or valid Greek work permit
Salary & Benefits
Gross Salary: 1,100€ gross/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 15% (KPI & productivity based)
Salary Increase: After 36 months 1,150€ gross/month

2 weeks hotel accommodation
Flight ticket (EU)
Airport pick‑up
Real estate agency fee covered
Work Model: Relocate First, Remote After
Relocation to Greece for training & onboarding
After that, 100% remote (WAHA) from anywhere in Greece
Full‑time, long‑term contract
Schedule
Monday‑Friday
Rotational shifts 08:00/21:00
Weekends off
