This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements :

Proficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level)
Relocation to Portugal is mandatory
Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Open to relocating within Portugal

Additional Information :

Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
