What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional support to Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically
Handle queries related to travel, tech, or other global services
Collaborate with an international team while working from the comfort of your home

What You’ll Need

Fluent Italian (C2 level) both written and spoken
English at B2 level for internal communication
EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese visa/residence permit
High school diploma (or equivalent qualification)
Great communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating shifts
