Italian Customer Support – Global Logistics Project (Remote in Greece)
Join FH Collective – Academy as an Italian‑speaking Customer Support professional for our international logistics platform. We are expanding our Italian customer operations and invite experienced individuals to work fully remotely from Greece. This role offers stability, international exposure, and a clear career path.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: €1,050 gross/month × 14 payments per year
Performance Bonus: Up to 10 % monthly

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to Italian‑speaking customers of a global logistics provider
Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and service‑related questions
Handle communication via phone, e‑mail, and chat
Follow operational guidelines and performance standards
Candidate Profile
Native/Fluent Italian and good level of English
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Customer‑focused and reliable
EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
Availability to start 16 December 2025
