About the Role

You’ll provide user support and ensure content compliance working alongside a diverse high‑performing team in a dynamic and international environment.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support
Respond to inquiries via phone, email or chat
Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Provide accurate product and service information
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels
Content Moderation
Review and evaluate user-generated content
Enforce compliance with platform policies
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
Ensure content quality, objectivity and safety
What We’re Looking For
Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
English proficiency (minimum B2)
EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work on-site in Porto
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including weekends if needed

Relocation Package (On-site Only)
For candidates relocating from outside Portugal
Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (280 € per month utilities included deducted from salary)
Hotel accommodation for up to 28 days (project-dependent)
Flight reimbursement up to 400 € after 6 months (economy class)
For candidates already in Portugal (in competitors housing)
Hotel stay up to 15 days (project-dependent)
Travel reimbursement up to 150 € after 6 months (economy class)
