Level 2 Desktop Support to End Users on a professional level.Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support onsite to our clients at their locationDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripheralsInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and software systemsParticipate in project rollouts and deploymentsMaintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipmentCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and managementMinimum RequirementsFormer professional experience as an L2 support engineer within large corporationsGood English and fluent ItalianExperience in OS, Apps and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsKnowledge of TCP / IP and networking protocolsFamiliar with ticketing systemBe part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
