OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT professional to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of desktops, laptops, and other IT systems.The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team. They must also be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to implement IT projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in-person visits to resolve hardware and software issues;Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure secure and efficient system operation;Maintain and upgrade IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals;Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement IT projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field;Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software;Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;Able to work independently and as part of a team.
