This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as forklift‑mounted devices, handheld scanners, PC's, laptops, and other warehouse technology tools. The technician works closely with operations teams to ensure systems are functioning effectively to support daily logistics and distribution activities.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for operations and office systems including scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other operational technology.Respond to support requests from warehouse, transportation, and office personnel via ticketing system, phone, or in‑person.>Perform software support which consists of identifying and documenting system issues from our two systems, AS400 and SAP.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software used in warehouse operations.Perform routine maintenance and updates on warehouse technology equipment.Collaborate with operations teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures while working in warehouse environments.Assist with deployment and configuration of new devices and systems in the warehouse.Shift flexibility is required to cover vacations, sick time, and special projects.Performs other related duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent ExperienceRequired Experience: 1 - 2 YearsPreferred QualificationsPreferred Education: Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or IT related certifications preferred.
