Location: Campoverde di Aprilia, ItalyType: Full TimeHours: 8 hours per daySkills DescriptionBCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a full-time on-site IT Support Specialist in Italy.ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed.Communicate promptly on issue status and resolution.Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010; support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues.Have a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment.
