Skills and Responsibilities
Provide first and second level support for customer issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
Communicate proactively regarding issue status and resolution updates.
Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office 2010, and authorized applications like Cisco Jabber.
Support basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and hardware components.
Perform preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Minimum Requirements
Valid work permit.
Strong knowledge of IT and computers.
Several years of relevant experience preferred.
Italian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
