They will also support and maintain existing hardware/software systems and assist with daily user activities.Typical Activities:Support and manage the installation of new hardware and software for employees and the officeSupport and maintain existing hardware and software infrastructureAssist with daily activities of usersRequirements:Ability to diagnose problems and manage Mac and Microsoft systems, printers, smartphones, mail systems, DropBox, etc.Proven experience in Helpdesk activitiesMultitasking skillsExcellent communication skills for dealing with internal and external customersKnowledge of Gmail, mail management, network fundamentals, and basic software packagesStrong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skillsLanguages: Good English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
