IT Support – L. 68/99 (m/f/d)
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at TÜV SÜD in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence, Italy). The role focuses on first‑level technical support for internal users, handling helpdesk activities, workstation maintenance, data & documentation management, and collaboration with the IT team to ensure infrastructure reliability.
Responsibilities
Handle first‑level support requests (troubleshooting PC, peripherals, Office, email).
Insert, verify, and update data in corporate systems.
Maintain and adjust corporate templates and documents.
Provide basic configuration and support for laptops and workstations (Windows).
Manage first‑level user and domain account activities (reset password, basic policy, join domain).
Logistic support for IT material distribution and setup (PC, accessories, device).
Escalate complex issues to second‑level IT team.
Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Basic knowledge of Windows Professional OS and Active Directory.
Minimum networking skills (IP addressing, wired/Wi‑Fi networks, network printers).
Experience using laptops and peripherals daily.
Attention to detail and respect for data confidentiality.
Good knowledge of English (preferred).
Relational skills, problem‑solving attitude, teamwork availability.
Belongs to the Protected Category L. 68/99 – ART.1.
