Huawei IT Solution ManagerWe are looking for an IT Solution Manager to strengthen customer relationships, develop technical solutions, and drive IT projects. The role involves engaging with customers’ technical teams, designing solutions, preparing bids and quotations, and executing branding strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing competitors, supporting technical sales teams, and promoting Huawei IT products such as Storage, Servers, Cloud Solutions, and Data Centers. The IT Solution Manager will manage RFIs / RFPs / RFQs, maintain relationships with key partners, and provide strategic IT advice to enterprise and SMB / SME customers in Italy.Main ResponsibilitiesFurther relationships with the customers' junior- and mid-level personnel and technical personnelIndependently gain insights into customers, develop the solution, network design, bidding, and quotation for multiple productsExecute the brand marketing activities following established branding strategies.Collect and analyze competitors' information, participate in developing and executing competition strategyKnowledge transfer to technical sales team membersPromote Huawei IT Products including Storage, Server, Cloud Solutions, and Data Center solutions and services to end customers and partnersManage and deliver technical answers RFI / RFP / RFQMaintain the technical relationship with named / key partners, including enablement and project cooperationUnderstand customer’s business and strategy in IT domain, including big enterprises and SMB / SME in ItalyGain trust from customer and maintain relationship with them from technical point of view, and be able to give advice to customer in IT strategy and projectsCooperate with sales team and after sales team, in order to finally win projects in IT domainRequirementsExperience of at least 5 years in the Italian market in presales of IT solutionDemonstrated ability to engage and create relationship with clientsExperience with Enterprise Business market / product portfolioExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptabilityFluency in Italian and English is required.Problem solving attitude, strong initiative attitudeAbility to travel within Italy is required.What We OfferWe offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
