What will you do?
You’ll support a Strategic Digital Transformation Project – the B2B/Giants meter‑to‑cash process – that will revolutionise IT ecosystem with direct impact on invoicing, contract management, B2B offerings and data analytics. You will collaborate closely with IT and Business teams, adopt and integrate core platforms, evolve data management and analytics architectures, and explore innovative solutions.
Requirements Analysis: Bridging business needs and technical solutions by gathering and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements.
Development & Configuration Support: Translating requirements into technical specifications and aiding system configuration.
Test Management: Planning and executing integration testing and UAT, including test case preparation, defect management and business coordination.
Data Activities: Supporting data migration validation and analytics, including ETL and reporting.
System Integrations: Defining and documenting APIs and supporting integration testing.
Documentation: Creating and updating all functional and technical project documents.
Troubleshooting & Support: Providing second‑level support and contributing to problem resolution (RCA).
New Initiatives: Participating in POCs and supporting business continuity.
About You
The ideal profile matches the following prerequisites:
Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience with IT system design across enterprise applications such as CRM (ideally Salesforce), metering, invoicing, ERP (ideally SAP), and credit management.
Awareness of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies, and the ability to support agile teams by providing advice on opportunities, impact, and risks, accounting for technical and architectural debt.
Knowledge of system integration principles and APIs; experience with API documentation (e.g., Swagger, Postman) is a significant plus.
Previous experience or familiarity with customer management, offering, or billing systems is considered a plus.
Experience in energy utilities company dynamics, especially in B2B environments (desirable).
Familiarity with data management concepts, ETL and reporting/analytics (e.g., BI tools, SQL, data warehousing) (desirable).
Experience with a variety of platforms and architectures including cloud, SaaS and on‑premises solutions (desirable).
Type of contract
Local contract according to Italian labour law.
