Responsibilities

Maintenance and updating of the IT contract catalog
Support to IT Service Owners in preparing the necessary documentation for purchases according to the rules defined by the Purchasing, IT Vendor, IT Contract, and IT Outsourcing processes
Verification of the compliance of documentation produced by Service Owners and monitoring of correct budget usage
Operational management of purchases through the company tool up to their allocation
Collection of necessary signatures for the formalization of contracts or penalties, pre-validated by the internal legal office
Maintenance of operational manuals for centralized control of IT invoices
Verification and preliminary approval of invoice payments
Planning and management of any IT Department contract renewals
Collection and analysis of reports (KPI, progress reports, subcontractors) related to Intercompany contracts

Skills

Knowledge of IT Outsourcing processes
Knowledge of IT Governance processes
Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT standards
Good written and spoken English
