Responsibilities

Define, plan and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Develop and implement security policies to protect company data and systems.
Supervise the proper functioning of company hardware.
Manage the network across all retail locations ensuring operational continuity and adequate performance.
Improve and digitalize company processes to increase operational efficiency.
Manage suppliers and partners for installations, maintenance and extraordinary interventions.
Oversee the technological renewal cycle of hardware and inventory all devices.
Lead and develop the IT team, set priorities and evaluate performance.

Candidate Profile

Consolidated experience in senior IT roles with team and budget management.
Preferable degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of the Mistral (AS400) management system or similar.
Solid knowledge of network architectures, operating systems and cloud services.
Precision and excellent organizational skills.
Proven leadership, problem‑solving and project management capabilities.
Proactivity and flexibility.
Strong spirit of collaboration and sharing.
Team orientation is indispensable.
