Responsible for IT Support Management and Maintenance for the entire company.
Responsibilities include:
Rights management for users within the company
Providing support to users
Management of the IT aspects related to local contracts (investments, leasing, software licenses, backup, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills:
Solid knowledge of software and hardware use
Minimum 3 years of experience
Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
Good organizational and coordination skills
Problem-solving and tactical planning abilities
Strong communication skills and client-oriented attitude
Ability to work at different organizational levels
Leadership skills to manage a small team

Additional Knowledge:
