Responsible for IT Support Management and Maintenance for the entire company.Manage rights for users within the company and provide support to users.Oversee IT-related aspects of local contracts, including investments, leasing, software licenses, and backups.Require solid knowledge of software and hardware use.Minimum 3 years of experience. Skills include: good knowledge of English (writing and speaking), strong organizational skills, good coordination skills, problem-solving, tactical planning, effective communication, and a client- and colleague-oriented attitude.Ability to work at different organizational levels and lead a small team.Desired skills:Initiative and proactivity, calmness, confidence, team spirit, confidentiality, loyalty, resilience under stress, and good customer relations.Knowledge of ITIL and basic networking skills.Experience in the Logistics industry is a plus.J-18808-Ljbffr
