Responsible for IT Support Management and Maintenance for the entire company.Manage rights for users within the company and provide support to users.Oversee IT-related local contracts, including investments, leasing, software licenses, and backups.Requirements:Solid knowledge of software and hardware use.Minimum 3 years of experience.Skills: good organizational skills, good coordination skills, problem solving, tactical planning, and effective communication.Ability to work at different organizational levels and lead a small team.Additional skills:Initiative and proactivity, calmness, confidentiality, loyalty, resilience under stress, and good customer relations.Average knowledge of English (writing and speaking).Knowledge of ITIL and basic networking skills.Knowledge of the Logistics industry is a plus.Note: This job posting does not indicate that it is expired or no longer accepting applications.
