The IT Manager reports to the Director of IT.AsIT Manager you willresponsiblefor the following duties:•To manage daily IT needs and requests•To assist hotel guests with all IT issues•To manage the hotel’s guest laptops and printers•To ensure all hotel guest room equipment is in working order and presentable•To ensure all Conference and Meetings are set up if requested for all IT needs•To assist the staff with day to day issues•To proactively prevent issues before they occurAsIT Manager, weexpectfrom you:Fluent English and Italianprevious experience in luxury hotelsComputer system trainingCollege Education or equivalent highly preferredProblem solvingOur commitment to youLearning & Development.
