IT Implementation Consultant – SaaS Solutions – ItalyOur Italian subsidiary is looking for a technical individual to join our growing team. This technically savvy individual will play a key role in working with customers to gather requirements and implement Esker Web-based document management solutions. Our consultant will have the opportunity to grow and learn about leading solutions in business process automation.Key responsibilities :Work as part of a team to implement Esker’s on-premise software and SaaS solutions.Develop and customize Esker solutions to meet client business requirements using technologies such as end-user interface, reports, and workflows.Work closely with customers to define requirements, test applications, train end users, and document product configurations.Troubleshoot issues during configuration and ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the project manager.Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical support teams to resolve client issues.Identify opportunities for improvements to solutions, processes, or documentation.Qualifications and requirements :Experience in a software company or IT environment.Knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and familiarity with XML, ASP, C# is a plus.Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project goals.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.Flexibility and willingness to travel.Fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English.Benefits :Stability of a large company combined with a start-up mindset.Dynamic, international work environment.Three-month paid training at Esker headquarters in Lyon, France.J-18808-Ljbffr
