Responsibilities

Implement and manage solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
Design and optimize business workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, analyze them, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Ensure integration of developed solutions with existing systems.
Work with external vendors to deliver and integrate complex digital solutions.
Support testing and debugging activities to guarantee application quality.
Provide training and support to end users on new technological solutions.
Monitor and update developed solutions to keep them aligned with business needs.
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards to deliver strategic insights to decision makers.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience designing and implementing custom Power Apps solutions.
Knowledge of SharePoint and SQL for data integration and management.
Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively within IT teams and interface with stakeholders of varied IT competence.
Good command of English for group communication.
Plus: Programming experience with C# (preferred) or PHP.
