As a leading institution in arts and design education, we offer degrees in design, fashion, communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts. We are now looking for a new talent to join our IT team.
Junior IT Developer Analyst
As a hybrid role, you will switch between writing code and solving practical IT issues, collaborating closely with experienced professionals, exploring the latest technologies, and growing by turning everyday challenges into user‑centric innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the collection and documentation of functional and technical requirements by working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear, structured technical documentation.
Assist in the development and maintenance of basic software components (frontend/backend) following team guidance.
Contribute to the design and modeling of IT processes and application workflows.
Participate in testing and support quality assurance activities.
Document technical solutions and contribute to user manuals or support documentation.
Provide technical support to faculty, students, and staff for devices and applications (e.g., PCs, projectors, printers, Blackboard, O365).
Interact directly with users to understand their needs, identify recurring issues, and help design more effective, user‑centered solutions.
Help transform support cases into opportunities for improvements through automation or smarter system configurations.
Aid in setting up and maintaining classrooms and labs.
Qualifications
Degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript and/or Python.
Familiarity with at least one development framework (e.g., .NET, Angular, or React).
Basic understanding of relational or NoSQL databases.
Interest in Agile methodologies and understanding of the CI/CD development life cycle.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn by doing.
Bonus: Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools.
