Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site IT Data Analyst to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with data analysis to support hotel operations and ensure seamless IT functionality.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily analysis of income and payment data.
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate mapping of revenue and payment streams.
Deploy, maintain, and repair computer hardware (Dell).
Troubleshoot basic hardware and Windows software issues.
Manage user and computer accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
Work with vendors to resolve software-related issues.
Provide basic support for IP phones, printers, and scanners.
Manage IT requests through the IT ticketing system.
Provide 24/7 on-call support (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
Work independently and adapt to weekend/night shifts as needed.
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
Prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.

Requirements
Physical Demands

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Corrected vision to normal range.
Ability to work long hours as needed.

Education & Experience

Proficient in computer skills and troubleshooting applications.
Experience setting up and maintaining hardware.
Willingness to learn and apply IT training on the job.
CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred.
