For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Process Re-Engineering Professional to lead compliance efforts with the NIS 2 Directive and support global initiatives aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining our cybersecurity posture across projects, contracts, and supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with internal policies and international standards.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the cybersecurity framework in accordance with NIS 2, NIST CSF, and internal controls.Lead the implementation of proportionate and effective security measures across the organization.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Audit, and Procurement teams to ensure traceability and documentation of security practices.Monitor and assess critical suppliers for compliance with cybersecurity requirements.Integrate AI and automation into Italy’s Cyber Governance tools and activities.Define and review security clauses in contracts to ensure regulatory and policy alignment.Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, and other relevant frameworks.Provide guidance and templates for security requirements in projects and contractual engagements.Promote a risk-based approach to cybersecurity across internal stakeholders.
QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or risk management.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
Keys to SuccessStrong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and European regulations (NIS 2, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).Proven ability to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies in complex environments.Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven with the ability to work independently.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
