We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and continuously improve processes in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or HR AdministrationFunctional and procedural end-to-end responsibility of the solutions implemented in collaboration with its Business Process OwnersCarry out analysis, assessment of gaps and propose possible solutionsCarry out scoping, analyzing and mapping the current and future state of the architecture of the organization by acting as a change agent to foster a process-oriented organizationIdentifying and agreeing on improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Business Process OwnersIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation potentials in existing administrative processesManagement of business changes and software developments required in ERP implementation projectsSupport testing of changes ensuring validity, accuracy, reliability of solutions and adoptionProviding user support for initiated projects, conducting training activities to Business Key User (together with the support of SDD) and distributing accountabilities accordinglyProviding second level support to end users when neededParticipate in cross-functional digitalization and transformation projectsProfileBachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldKnowledge and professional experience about the following company processes: administration, finance, controlling, credit management and treasuryAbility to understand business needs and problems by collecting all relevant information needed, translating them into clear requirements and manageable components and identifying and proposing options and solutions satisfying the business stakeholders (with the support of SDD)Cross functional thinking approachResults oriented and proactive approachGood organizational and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and facilitation skillsConfident appearance when engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProblem solving skills, strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and solution orientedExperience with ERP process and technologies, like Business Central or Navision and with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio) is preferredVery good Italian and English skillsIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
