He/she must know the IT methodology and templates and is responsible for both technical and economic result of the projects. He/she has a good knowledge of the business processes and liaise both with IT department and business in order to track and follow the projects.The candidate is in charge of all IT systems dedicated to finance business area/function. He/She may also work on analysis and implementation of ERP modules and applications related the finance business area/function, managing and coordinating the functional teams.Key Responsibilities / AuthoritiesTo collect and analyse the business requirements at the high level in order to define the project scope and the business case of the projectsTo evaluate with the business project manager the alignment of the business processes with the IT solutionTo guarantee the coherency of the IT project/solution in the whole IT architecture, both on Application and Technical sidesCollect and analyse the business requirements, to have a good understanding of business process and transfer the same knowledge to the development and functional teamsProvide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the solution to meet customer’s business needsTo deploy all documents of projects State of Work and to update the project Steering Committee about the project trackActing as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teamsTo communicate and to manage IT teams both for technical and behaviour aspects to guarantee the establishment and maintenance of a good mood in the teamInterview, analyse documents, draw out requirements like workshops, surveys, visiting sites, developing business processes using task flow analysis and work‑flow analysisUnderstanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirementsCollect, evaluate, and compress data and information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts and differentiate between actual and required user needsDeliver results after thorough research of functional needs by collaborating and communication between various usersAcquire deep knowledge of working systems and bringing efficient and effective changes for better performanceMake sure that the recommended solution is adopted and respectedUnderstand the technical designs as well as the specificationEffectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designsManage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlinesIT Application Advisor, Specialist and Analyst managementDefine the roadmap project with business, guaranteeing the respect of the delivery in term of timing and budgetKey Deliverables / KPIs (IF APPLICABLE)Projects / IT Systems delivery and documentationProjects budget and projects portfolio managementExecutive summary of IT projects in his/her responsibilityAudit IT Systems DocumentationJob RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Economics or EngineeringA strong experience in IT applications dedicated to specific business functionsAt least 8-10 years of experience in similar role within a complex multinational environmentStrong knowledge of all Business processesAbility to self‑motivate and work independentlyPronounced proactive approachCommunication and presentation skillsTeam leadership capabilitiesPlanning skills and ability to follow up – deliver resultsAbility to manage complexity and work under pressureAdvanced use of MS Office toolsFluent in English languageProblem solvingBudget ManagementProject ManagementBusiness Applications and Architecture knowledgeUnderstanding SQL languageSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustries: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
