You will be providing regional expertise in ISC processes and support solving system issues as well as identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities.What You Will DoAs an ISC Analyst you will be responsible for:Lead and drive innovation and digitilization, together with key stakeholders to improve performance and ISC processes end-to-end (e.g. Capacity & Material Planning, Transportation, others)Streamline ISC processes through standardization and automationEnsure correct and timely reporting of KPIs for all metrics concerning Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)Run loss intelligence to improve process and KPI performance and support ISC teams with loss analysis and improvement opportunitiesSupport the expansion of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) to attack supply chain related lossesSupport ISC teams (endusers and Business Experts) to advise and resolve system issues, identify and prioritize improvement opportunitiesAnalyze and support solution design (processes and technologies) for optimized process flows and productivityConduct / support process reviews and follow up on the agreed actionsWe believe you haveAt least 2 years of Supply Chain experienceA University Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business AdministrationSelf driven with analytics skills and good ability to work cross-functionally and with external partnersKnowledge of theory and practice of supply chain management, especially within planning, transportation and warehousingProven ability working with supply chain processes within medium / large organizationsExcellent communication skillsExpert of relevant IT platformsVery good command of written and spoken EnglishStrong knowledge and experience of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and successful applicationProject management skillsWe Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscapeA culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible resultsAn equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusionMarket competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsDiversity, equity, and inclusion is an everyday part of how we work.
