Job Description
We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Industrial Product (semiconductor) team. The candidate will be responsible to guarantee technical support to equipment of photolithography in the fabrication technology of microelectronic semiconductor devices, proving effective and efficient service support working on site and having a great focus on KPI and SLA agreed with the customer.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
Troubleshooting on the machines through
error analysis provided by the internal diagnostics
data collection and testing and measures
interpretation of the process parameters collected on production batches
Perform maintenance activities
corrective, in the case of faults or malfunctions
preventive actions
data collection and analysis
Installation / relocation of complete machines or major units of individual items, resulting in execution of certification testing and qualification of machine performance
Edit / upgrade or reconditioning (mostly directly at the customer site) machines or main units of machines
Qualifications
Electronic circuit (trouble shooting PCB and calibration of sensors and control electronics)
Software, especially in relation to the operating system and internal control systems of the equipment
Mechanics (installation and calibration of mechanical components with high precision)
English language (written and spoken)
