Apply for the Investment Solutions Specialist role at Generali.
The selected candidate will play a key role in structuring innovative investment solutions, contributing to the full lifecycle of product development and implementation. Key activities include:

Idea generation and conceptualization of new investment solutions, based on client needs, market trends, and strategic priorities
Design and origination of structured investment solutions and private asset solutions, in collaboration with internal and external partners
Working closely with affiliated Management Companies to create complex solutions
Collaboration within the CoI function including Product team, and with other teams across Generali Investments, regarding the structurization and management of complex solutions
Unit Linked business - portfolio monitoring and performance analysis, including market updates and strategic reporting

Education

Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, IMC) are a plus

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on investment solutions or financial structuring
Strong understanding of Insurance-Linked product, experience with Private Assets is considered a plus
Prior experience in an international and cross-functional work environment is preferred

Technical Skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a solid command of data analysis and financial modelling
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent analytical and presentation skills
Familiarity with key financial data platforms such as Morningstar and Bloomberg. Working knowledge of Python/SQL is a plus
Fluent in English; Italian or another European language is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
Client- and solution-oriented approach with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into actionable insights
