Over the last twenty years, ARCHIMED’s leadership has managed and invested in numerous healthcare companies globally, with significant fund management and impact investing through EURÊKA Foundation.ResponsibilitiesExperienced in all aspects of investment sourcing, analysis/selection, due diligence, negotiating deal terms, financial and impact return models, and investment recommendation generation for direct impact investments and portfolio managementFinancial modelling, valuation, comparable and relative value analyses, and market-specific analysis, including three-statement integrated models and valuation outputs/sensitivitiesWork in a demanding environment while multi-tasking time-sensitive projectsConduct extensive quantitative and qualitative economic, industry and company research and analysisSpearhead analysis of corporate finance transactions for strategic alternatives, optimal capital structure, acquisitions, mergers and equity/debt capital markets eventsAttend client meetings, industry conferences, and external training sessionsAdhere to all compliance regulations and confidentiality policiesContribute to ARCHIMED’s culture, and participate in recruiting, training and development effortsReview past investment decisions and the thought process behind themCompile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds to enhance or diversify portfoliosRequirementsExperience in investment projects in healthcare/medical insurance/medical services or related sectorsFinancial acumen with ability to model and analyze financial dynamics; provide accurate numerical analysisAbility to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills to articulate complex situations in clear terms, both verbally and in writingAbility to work with others, inspire professionalism, value input, and solicit opinionsPositive, can-do attitude; capable of working independently and in teamsAbility to work under pressure with strong analytical skillsSenioriry levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
