With continued fundraising momentum and new opportunities across Italy and Europe, the firm is strengthening its investment team in Milan.Overview:The firm is seeking an experienced investment professional to support the growth of its investment team.Key Responsibilities:Support origination and execution of investments across renewable infrastructure and private debtBuild detailed financial models, valuations, and transaction analysisConduct due diligence including market studies, company reviews, and structuring assessmentsAssist in portfolio monitoring and reporting, tracking performance and ESG metricsCollaborate with senior team members on fundraising presentations and investor materialsCandidate Requirements:2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or consultingStrong technical skills in financial modelling and valuationKnowledge of infrastructure, energy transition, or private debt marketsFluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindset, analytical rigor, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environmentThe firm offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
