We look forward to assisting you in finding your ideal role.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInvestment Support:Assist in market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential investments.Coordinate with external advisors, legal teams, and consultants for investment evaluations and documentation.Prepare investment summaries, presentations, and reports for internal decision-making.Project Coordination:Oversee the progress of ongoing projects, such as office development and startup investments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Liaise with architects, contractors, and service providers for property development tasks.Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.Operations & Administration:Support daily operational activities, including administrative tasks, reporting, and document management.Maintain internal records and investment tracking databases, ensuring compliance with procedures.Facilitate communication between management, stakeholders, and partners.Strategic Assistance:Contribute to strategic planning for new initiatives.Provide analysis on market trends, competition, and investment strategies.Assist in preparing board reports and investor presentations.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
