Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.Guarantee Standard approach for optimal inventory management. Read across best practice, implement common standard work or inventory management and material practicesPrepare detailed reports on inventory operations and stock levelsCoordinate transformation projects regarding materials management for all Avio Aero plants, in order to improve inventory turnover and processes.Support all Avio aero sites to develop action plans, leveraging lean practices such as daily shop management and problem solvingFocal point or coordination or collaboration with other inventory leaders in the Avio aero plants to share lean and material practices _Daily collaboration with Functions, Plants and Finance to implement the transformation in all Avio Aero sitesWork closely with planning and manufacturing leaders to optimize inventory in plants, driving turns improvementAnalyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory forecastTraining less experienced inventory workersQualifications / RequirementsSignificant experience in Inventory managementExperience in a manufacturing role and knowledge of aeronautical environmentFluent English and Italian both written and spokenEU work permitDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsDemonstrated ability to lead programs / projectsAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programsWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
