As an Integration Specialist, you will be part of the integration team, collaborating with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Developers to deploy integrations.
Responsibilities
Plan testing and production deployment of integrations, coordinating with the Project Manager.
Update progress of assigned tasks throughout the work life cycle.
Create changes in the customer service system after completing tasks.
Perform functional tests.
Participate in level 1 and 2 help desk activities.
Qualifications
STEM degree, preferably in Computer Science or Biomedical.
Prior experience in a similar role, specializing in integrations.
Experience developing integrations via ESB (JCAPS, MIRTH, CAMEL).
Knowledge of message transmission systems on REST, WS, SOCKET.
Strong SQL skills (design and tuning).
Linux operating system knowledge.
Experience with JIRA/REDMINE/CONFLUENCE.
Teamwork using Agile methodology (SCRUM/KANBAN).
