Position
We are looking for a motivated Production Planner to join our Integrated Planning team at our Borgosesia site. This role focuses specifically on managing the central production planning of PR SET events and Trunk Shows, as well as personalization planning.
Job Responsibilities

Management of the entire production flow for garments destined for PR events and Trunk Shows, ensuring their correct execution and timing
Verification of product master data creation, ensuring data completeness and accuracy
Entry of production orders into the system, coordinating with Customer Service for optimal alignment
Monitoring and progress tracking of launches and returns, in close collaboration with the Business Units cross categories
System entry of the seasonal budget order
Thorough verification of the correct system transfer of the seasonal budget order, resolving any discrepancies
Planning of personalized item production, including organizing and managing bi-weekly progress meetings, interfacing constantly with the Production and Product teams

Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering / Master's in Business.
Proficient IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
Ideally 2 years of consultancy/supply chain experience.
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
