Join to apply for the INSURANCE SALES BROKER CHANNEL role at Allianz ItaliaBased in Milan and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of managing the relationship with the Broker and you will develop the portfolio with the acquisition of new Risks of all Lines of Business in a profitable way. With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Commercial targets. You will collaborate with the Underwriting Structure to get the best solutions for the Clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal with the Brokers for acquiring new business and developing the portfolioCommunicate local business strategy externallyGet the goals assigned to drive the achievement of financial targetsMonitoring the existing portfolio trying to maintain itWork closely with Underwriting Team to achieve the goals assignedCross selling activity; Collaborate with the Operation Structure to guarantee the best service to the Broker; Attention to the new business and retention of the existing oneKey RequirementsMaster\'s degree in Law or EconomicsProven experience (e.g. 3-5 years) in Insurance Sales Structure dedicated to Brokers or in Brokers Sales StructureLeadership skillsKnowledge of the Market regarding Corporate ClientsAbility to deal with the Brokers, including the Global OnesIdeally experience in driving selling projectsEntrepreneurial mindsetStrong communication skillsAble to work in an international organizationAvailability to travelsFluent in English (both written and spoken)Very good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tools; basic knowledge of data reportingAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
