OverviewInstrumentation & Electrical Technician for Gas ServicesSGS, the world's leading testing, inspection, and certification company, is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician for our Industries & Environment Business Line. This role involves managing electrical and instrumentation activities on SGS GAS customer sites, including analyser calibrations, sample system maintenance, and system commissioning.ResponsibilitiesDevelop knowledge of gas analysis instrumentation and process requirements.Understand testing standards and analysis methods.Train new engineers on instrumentation activities and site experiences.Travel to customer sites for gas testing and sample retrieval.QualificationsDegree in engineering (preferred).Experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, calibration, and instrumentation principles.Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.Knowledge of safety regulations, especially for hazardous environments.Positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team.Fluent in Italian (native) and proficient in English (preferred).Additional InformationTechnical / Young Professional Position for Referral Program.SGS is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.This job posting is active and not expired.
