The Role
As Inside Sales Representative , you will play a key role in managing and developing customer relationships, while supporting the external sales team. You will be responsible for :
Managing a portfolio of existing customers in the plastics and chemical distribution sector .
Supporting the sales team with quotations, contracts, and follow-up to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Driving business development initiatives by identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
Acting as the main contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, order management, and problem resolution.
Collaborating with supply chain, customer service, and technical support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Profile
1–3 years of experience in a sales, inside sales, or customer support role, ideally in chemicals, plastics, or distribution .
Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other European languages will be a plus.
A proactive, structured, and results‑driven mindset, with strong attention to detail.
