As an Inside Sales Specialist you will generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The Inside Sales Specialist responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, as well as attending industry events and educational workshops as required. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.What are your responsibilities?Generate, qualify and nurture quality both inbound and outbound leads; give company presentations to potential and actual clientsScout and prospect new channel opportunities to develop the business in collaboration with relevant department, e.g. marketingFollow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries and updating the CRM system on a regular basisConduct research on market trends and competitors' productsWork with Italian and other countries’ peers and departments in order to share and plan best practices and ideasAttend industry events, trade fairs and educational workshopsConstantly monitor opportunities and threats in the market to allow adjustment of the BauWatch’s commercial strategyTo be successful as an Inside Sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.
