Our growing real estate investment company needs an Acquisitions Operator who can close deals. This is a Work From Home position. Please have experience working from home and have a quiet dedicated workspace. Your territory will be assigned after you’re hired. We are looking for someone to join long-term and grow with us as an integral part of the team.You will have the opportunity to learn the real estate investing industry from the inside out, connecting with real homeowners and solving problems to acquire deeply discounted properties.CompensationCompensation: $50,000-$100,000 per year with commission & bonusResponsibilitiesHandle pre-screening and closing calls with clientsBe an expert problem solver and dealmakerNurture ALL seller relationshipsSet follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of the latest developmentsManage deals from start to finish, to ensure deadlines are met in a timely mannerRegularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, attorneys, etc.Keep CRM up to date with the latest developments and new client research informationFocus on maintaining a customer-centric approachProvide ongoing customer service to all clientsProvide the Partners with the end-of-day report(s)Any other tasks assigned by managementQualificationsMust be quick and efficient with today\'s cloud apps such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Electronic Signature Apps like DocuSign, etc.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skillsA real estate license is not required, but a basic knowledge of the industry is necessaryLarge transactional sales experienceGreat communicator - quickly and easily build rapport with peopleConfident - someone with experience and self-confidenceCoachable - can listen to feedback and adjust accordinglyEffective listener - can detect motivating factors to create a value-for-value solutionStrong problem-solving and negotiating skillsAdditional qualificationsExtreme discipline to work from home in a virtual team environmentOrganizational skillsDesire to learn and grow both personally and professionallyProven ability to succeedAbility to build rapport with clientsGoal-orientated and drivenDeadline and detail-orientedBe an expert problem solver and dealmakerMust have lived in the United States for at least 2 yearsMust be fluent in EnglishAbout CompanyWe are a solutions-based real estate investment company.
