Job Description
As Inside Sales Office Specialist you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and follow a hybrid work schedule based in Artegna.
Your Responsibilities

Processing customer quotes
Entering purchase orders into the SAP system
Sending order confirmations
Coordinating with production to monitor delivery schedules
Organizing shipments in collaboration with the logistics department
Providing customer support during negotiations and after-sales service
Supporting the sales force (Area Managers and foreign customers, especially in the DACH region)

The Essentials - You Will Have

2+ years of experience working in a similar position
Knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of the SAP management system

Experience in the DACH market
