Position
Inside Sales (all genders) – joining our growing Sales Team.
What You’ll Do

Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first contact to closing the deal.
Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals.
Unlock real growth opportunities based on your performance and results.
Play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs’ ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success.

Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end‑to‑end—from lead qualification to deal closure.
Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and guide prospects toward a successful buying decision.
A consultative and value‑driven approach, building trusted, long‑term relationships through active listening, transparency, and tangible outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable to different customer profiles and tones.
Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions by recommending relevant modules and services.
Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
Fluency in Italian (native level) and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) for internal communication.

Administrative Information

Contract: 1‑year fixed‑term with the aim of renewal to an indefinite term.
Salary: Fixed salary 30–33k + 12k OTE (on target earnings).
Location: Accademia Tecniche Nuove, Via Eritrea 21, 20157 Milano.
Office model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, 1‑hour lunch break.
Trial period: 30 days.
Start date: September/October 2025.
